A.Just remember that none of it is real. Sometimes there are shows on TV that explain how mavies are made. It may help you to see how they made one of the shows that scare you. When you go to bed you can think about how the ghosts or monsters in the movie were really kust made of mostly rubber and paint. There is a good website that shows how some scary special effects are made. It is Stan Wintson Studios.

They have worked on movies such as Jurassic Park, AI, What Lies Beneath, Galaxy Quest, Congo, The Sixth Sense, Small Soldiers, Batman, Edward Scissorhands, Interview with a Vampire, and many many others. They also make TV commercials. I am sure you have seen the Budwiser commercial with the three frogs!!

Ok my friend consulted a weedigie board and told them to go to my house and appear....I was on teh pc and and phone with her......and on teh screen like 30sec later if flashed transperent silver and in black lettering it wrote ur friend sheree sent me! A. My guess is that your friend used some kind of instant messaging system on the computer so send you that message. I doubt that it was a ghost. It is not a good idea to use ouija boards to call spirits. You may get one that isn't too friendly. It's kind of like talking to strangers.  I'm sure your parents warned you about that.

A. I've always been interested in ghosts, Beverly.  Ever since I was a kid I read every ghost book I could find.  After I got married I moved into a brand new home and quickly found out that IT was haunted!  Things would be moved and disappear, we'd hear strange noises, doors would open and close by themselves, and my son actually saw a ghost walking up our hallway!  So when I found South Jersey Ghost Research on the internet, I naturally was drawn to them.  I'm always looking for evidence of the existance of ghosts.  I like to help other people out with their hauntings too.  Maybe one day you'll join a group like ours out there in California!  Thanks for writing!

In my house 3 people have died and 1 was related to me.
 I think it is awesome to have an uncle named Ben who will pretect us b/c some one we didn't know was coming up our drive way and the door slamed and locked by itself and we called the police and that guy shot the peoples doggy that lives in front of us. So in our attic a lady had a heart attack and died so some times when we are in our attic we turn the lights out and we can still see her sitting there. And in my grandma's room a guy had a stroke and some times late at night or early in the mornings you can hear him saying stuff or mumbling stuff and gasping for breath. So  that is not the only thing haunted a creek down the street a little girl and boy were hung and me and my best friend were down there and she talked to us and later we found out she was dead and in her (my friends) house you constantly hear wispering and when there is no wind or the fan is off and all no one is around the curtains will move and freaky stuff will happen, we have cheaked this out and researched on this and we are telling the truth so write back soon and let me know what you think.

A. Hi Cheyenne and Hope,
Sure seems like you two have been around a lot of ghosts!  Most of them seem to be residual ghosts which is like watching people on TV.  You can see them but they act like you're not there.  It's also possible that the noises you hear aren't ghosts at all.  It could be that the mumbling you hear is really someone's TV set or radio playing in another room or in your next door neighbor's house.  Maybe there was just enough breeze to move the curtains.  Most of the time you'll find normal reasons for what at first seems to be a ghost.  It does seem that someone was protecting you when that man was coming up your driveway though, and if it was your uncle Ben then it is pretty awesome!  Thanks for your letter guys!
